Minimum Commercial Rates:
- 25% on first $2,000.00 collected
- 20% on all excess
- 50% on second placed claims
Minimum commission $75.00 on amounts $150.00
to $300.00. On claims of $150.00 or less, 50%. Special rates
are available on large accounts. Changes will be commensurate
with the age, location and amount of the claim as well as
the type of services rendered. On accounts paid direct, merchandise
returned or on accounts withdrawn pending collection, commission
will be charged.
Commission will be charged not exceeding 50%
on accounts that require comparable time & attention and
where the money is collected in installments over a long
period of time. Disputed, litigated or tracing cases are
not recognized as being in the same category as an ordinary
collection case and charges will be commensurate with services
rendered. If collected through suit, a suit fee of not more
than 10% in addition to above commissions. Commissions on
non-commercial and
foreign collections may vary according to location & amount.
Free Demand Service:
A written demand by EAS for payment of undisputed commercial accounts. There
is no charge for any sum paid during the Free Demand period,
providing such payment is promptly reported within the designated
Free Demand period. Accounts placed for Free Demand service
may not be withdrawn upon a partial payment or for a promise
of payment. No accounts will be accepted for Free Demand
service only. All payments made and or reported after the
expiration of the Free Demand period are subject to charges.
Free Demand Service is not available on foreign
accounts.
